What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

Standard MOQ is 1 × 20' FCL (approx. 25–28 MT) for export orders. For powder grades we can accommodate 5 MT trial lots via LCL, and 25 kg sample lots are dispatched free of cost against courier account or nominal freight.

Can you match our existing supplier's specification sheet? +

Yes — this is our most common onboarding route. Send your current COA or TDS; we will run a counter-sample in our lab, share our report side-by-side and dispatch a physical sample for your approval before commercial terms are fixed.

Which incoterms and payment methods do you accept? +

We quote FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and EXW under Incoterms 2020. Payments: irrevocable LC at sight, 30% advance + 70% against BL copy (TT), DP/CAD for established accounts, and other structures on request.

How long does the first shipment take? +

Sampling 2–4 days + courier transit. After order confirmation and payment instrument receipt, production and packing take 10–14 days; customs and sailing add 4–10 days depending on destination and vessel schedule.

Is your mica ethically and legally sourced? +

All material is procured through mapped, licensed collection points with documented labour standards. Meridian Auric is a Responsible Mica Initiative participant, maintains a strict no-child-labour policy and supports third-party social audits at any of our sites.

Do you provide third-party inspection? +

Absolutely. SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna or any nominated agency may inspect during production or pre-shipment. We arrange access, samples and facility tours — buyer's account or shared, as agreed in the contract.

What documentation accompanies each shipment? +

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, MSDS/SDS, TDS, fumigation certificate, insurance certificate (CIF), and freely-transferable documents as required by your bank or customs broker.

Can we visit your plant before committing? +

Yes — buyer visits and virtual live walkthroughs are both welcome. We regularly host audit teams at Jhumri Tilaiya and can arrange pickup from Ranchi or Gaya airport with 5 days' notice.
